Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient's unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

International Shipping

Currently, NS Jewellery Crafts ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
