Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized or personalized jewellery.
• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
• Gift cards.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You will receive an email confirming the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
• We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Natural Stone Disclaimer

Many of our products feature natural gemstones and crystals. As these are naturally formed, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and patterns are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
